Brett is an American endurance athlete with an addiction to international travel. He has run, cycled, and swum in over a dozen countries, racing distances from 1500 meters to 90K to Ironman. Brett’s M35-39 age group running times are 20:10 (5K), 1:35 (HalfM), 3:31 (Mar), and 8:55 (56Mi). He is currently training for his first 100-mile running race.
Brett brings over twenty years of international travel experience to Red Knot Racing as well as over twenty years of involvement in endurance events — as a participant, coach, and race organizer.
Brett has lived in Geita, Tanzania for nine years, speaks fluent Swahili, and enjoys his coffee. His favorite runs and rides these days are over a small mountain in a nearby national forest.
